NLS Estates offer properties to let in the Nottingham and Mansfield area, and have recently expanded into sales giving us the opportunity to provide a full package to both investors and vendors. Director Lee Scotney built the company from scratch to what it is today, a very successful business with a personal approach.

Lee recognized that estate and letting agents in Nottingham did not carry the best reputation for a professional industry. He then decided to let his first property 6 years ago. At that point of dealing with an agent for the first time he realised his thoughts must be actioned.

NLS began has a part time business for Lee. Becuase of the way he applied himself, word soon got around about a GOOD LETTING AGENT IN NOTTINGHAM. Lee says, everyone gets that "now or never" moment in life, some take it, others dont but my Dad said to me when I was 16, "your time will come, be patient and take it" NLS had grew so much it was time to make that decision to go self employed or not. It was one of the best decisions of my life.

There is alot of agents in Nottingham, some good some bad. NLS have a honest approach with Lee having a hands on approach to what is still calls his "baby" and wants to maintain a high level of service. Lee says on a final note, "many agents price to gain not to let or sell, we will be honest and give you advice on any improvments that can be made.
